U-SWING Full Air Suspension for mini busses with front wheel drive
A Swedish premium quality product manufactured by U-Lift AS. Available for Renault Master, Nissan Interstar, Opel Movano and Ford Transit. U-SWING full air suspension combines the perfect comfort with several lowering possibilities for vey low entrance at the side as well as for the rear doors. Duration and c.Iimate tested under Scandinavian winter conditions. Ramps for side and rear doors are available as option.
Comfort
2 air bellows on the front and rear axles gives the vehicle a high comfort on all different kind of roads. The vehicle roadability is further improved by replacing the original suspensions with the U-SWING air suspension system.
Convenient
A very low entrance step height (25-30 cm) makes it easier for disabled passengers to enter the vehicle.
Reliable
No changes of the vehicles original brakes, steering and electrical systems are obliged. An electrical air compressor and a valve for external filling up of compressed air are installed. The U-SWING system requires a minimum of maintenance.
3 different lowering possibilities
U-SWING offers a comfortable entering and loading of the vehicle by lowering possibilities such as at the rear, one side or the complete vehicle. Lowering is only possible with applied parking brake. By releasing the parking brake the vehicle return automatically to its normal height.
U-SWING rear axle
Strong and light design in high strength steel with low weight. The original wheel spindles are used. Most parts are heat galvanized for maximum corrosion protection.
Electrical and compressed air systems
Twin piston compressor with low power consumption and 30 litres tank capacity. Electro heated air dryer eliminates risks for iceplugs. A separate air regeneration tank cleans the airdryer filter. Electric circuit consists of printed circuits with standard vehicle relays.
